Did you already searched through the Online Bible Tutorial? You can find the Tutorial
at startup of the Online Bible. The Tutorial contains many examples and tips for the
most important features of the Online Bible.

For every menu-item in the Online Bible you can find more Help information. Just press Key F1
in the opened Dialogwindow or just click the Help button.
You can search through the Help direct from the Menu Help as well.

Read the What's New. You can open the What's New file from the menu Help | What's New.
The What's New can contain some importantant information.

Search through the FAQ on this
website. You can open the FAQ by
clicking the FAQ menu on this page.

You can ask for help or help others in the Online Bible Users Network.
- If you ordered a product less then 3 months ago from Importantia you can use the
Support Request Form. If you never ordered a product
from Importantia or your order was placed more then 3 months ago don't use this form.
Our support policy
The above quidelines for support are based on our support policy. With a very small staff we have
to support tenthousends of users in Europe and beyond. We can't afford a phone or e-mail helpdesk
to answer all incoming questions. There would simply no time left to work for our daily living or
to spent time with family and church.
In stead of giving one-to-one support by phone or email, we follow discussions at the Online
Bible Users Network to improve the FAQ, write supportdocuments and improve instructions.
