If you can not find the answer for your question in the FAQ-menu at the left, you can use this support requestform. Supportrequests will be accepted only for complete forms for orders placed less then 3 months ago at Importantia.

If you cannot find your product in the list the situation is: a) your product is not an European edition, or b) there is no support available anymore for the product (you will need to update).
If the cd-rom you use does not contain a valid cd-number you are certainly not using an European Online Bible cd-rom.
