  1. After entering the unlockcode I obtain the error "Wrong code ....". How can I solve this?
     
    In most cases this error is caused by filling in another name as used to create your code. You need to use exact the same name as mentioned after the field "Name:" in the email you obtained with your order. If your name is there a alphanumerical number use that. If your name is something like "Willams, PhD. H." typ this over in exact the same way.
    Another reason for this error is the choice of the wrong Module to unlock. Look for the module abbreviation in the email you received with the unlocking information. Select exact the same Module.

    If your ordered a locked download (like NIV, Amplified, CJB etc.) then you receive an email with all information to download, install and unlock the module.
    The email contains information like:

    Name: 085494P98JG0488
    Module name: NIV
    Unlock/Access code: 123456
    Under "Your Name/User ID" fill in the name as mentioned right from "Name:" in the e-mail (In this example: 085494P98JG0488).
    Select the module in the list below "Locked version ID" (in our example: NIV).
    Fill in the unlockcode at "Access code". This can be found in the email right from "Unlockcode" (In our example: 123456).
    Click on "OK" the locked module disappears from the list.

    In a very few cases this error was caused by the fact that the wrong (ie an old Online Bible) cd-rom was placed in the drive.

  2. How can I unlock a module with a code?
     

    • Start Online Bible: Select Extra | Unlock version.
    • The window "Unlock version" will be opened.
    • You need to use the unlock information which is mentioned at the bottom of the e-mail.
    • Fill in all fields exactly the same as mentioned in the email.
    • Click on "OK" the locked module disappears from the list.
    • Restart Online Bible. You can use the new installed module.

  3. I lost my code and need to reinstall.
     

    • Check if the module is not set on hidden with F9. If so activate the module for use.
    • Look for the invoice and search for the email in which you obtained the unlockcode. Search for a mail from importantia.com or onlinebible.org
    • If you cannot find the unlockcode and have ordered the unlock from Importantia you can contact Importantia. If never ordered from Importantia you will not receive an answer.
    • After Importantia has been checking their administration they resend an unlockcode.

  4. I lost my code and / or the file to unlock.
     

    • Search for the file or code on your computer. Search for an email received from importantia.com or onlinebible.org.
    • If you cannot find the email the case is: or you lost the email or you never ordered from Importantia. If you are sure you ordered from Importantia you can send a request to resend the file and/or code. Importantia will check their administration.
    • After approving your order you receive a new email or a copy of the unlockcode.

  5. I received the dvd together with an unlock for $Afrikaans or $MessageNKJV, but I cannot select these in the list of moduls to unlock.
     

    • If you already installed $Afrikaans or $MessageNKJV in the past and they are not in the list you won't have to install them. They are already unlocked. Check with F9 for the availability for these bibles.
    • If you install the Online Bible DVD or CD for the first time, download the software update from the library and install the dvd or cd with the software update
